After working twenty-eight years managing a Commercial Printing Company, the parent company he worked for closed five plants, including the plant Len managed in Silver Spring, MD. Rather than uprooting his family and relocate to another city, Len launched a second career as a REALTOR. He found success and built a successful Real Estate Practice by implementing the same skills and practices he used to “preach and teach” to the Sales and Customer Service force he managed in the Printing Plant. Knowing that a home purchase is the most expensive item most people will expend, being patient with the client, and arming the Buyer with as much knowledge needed to make a decision about the home to purchase. As a Listing Agent staying abreast of the latest technological techniques required to market the Seller’s home is the key to a successful sale.
